Exceptional service during an urgent situation!

When my 84-year-old mother's 50+ year old fuse box failed, UK Power Networks had to disconnect her supply for safety. We faced a challenging situation as most electricians we contacted were hesitant to take on the job, citing concerns about potential complications with outdated wiring elsewhere in the house that could cause problems with a new installation.

Adam stood out immediately. Rather than listing potential issues, he offered to assess the situation in person during a break from another job. He arrived exactly when promised, thoroughly inspected everything, and confidently said he'd provide a quote the same day.

His quote arrived as promised later the same day (for the latest safety standard 8-way RCBO consumer unit with surge protection) and was very reasonably priced

He came back exactly on time on the day that he said he would and spent over 5 hours fitting the new fuse box, thoroughly testing everything and writing an 8 page EICR report which we needed to show UKPN to get reconnected. All went smoothly - thanks Adam!

Really responsive to messages, great value for money and gives excellent advice ( for example, instead of just fitting the outside lights that I'd purchased he advised me that they wouldn't be bright enough for my garden, and suggested that I swap them for brighter ones - which was easy to do - and then he fitted these. It would have been easy for him just to fit those that I had, but he cared enough to make sure that I had something that I was going to be happy with) Highly recommended.
